Alphonse Gabriel "Al" Capone, also known as "SCARFACE" was an American businessman who also happened to be one of America's largest gangsters and crime bosses. Al's career as a criminal started when he joined the Five Points Gang, he was just a teenager, he soon moved to Chicago where he became Johnny Torrio's bodyguard. At the age of only 33 Al was dubbed "Public Enemy Number 1" he was prosecuted for tax evasion in 1931 and sentenced to 11 years in prison. Al Capone died after suffering a stroke at the age of 48. In memory of one of the greatest gangsters to ever live, this coin is one for the ages. From the spent .38 shell on each coin to the colorized picture, the fact that it is one of the very few MS 70's made out of the 1,038 minted makes this as powerful as Al Capone amidst his hay day.
